If you are new to Sierra Chart we can get you up and running with your Sierra Account, application Installation, and connecting to your broker.
Training
On-line Sierra Chart training is offered for users with little or no experience to advanced users who want to explore more of the features beyond charting and trading. Sierra Chart is a complex system, with many built-in features. Its menu structure is broad and deep, and it takes time to get used to the look and feel. I am an experienced trader, with extensive knowledge of the platform. Your training is personalized based on your experience and learning style.
Let me share with you some of the tips and tricks I have learned in the time I have been working with Sierra Chart.
Training sessions can be recorded at no extra charge.
Tech Support
Technical Support for the platform is also provided by Remote Control. With your permission, and access to your system we can dig into issues that cannot always be solved over email or the Support Forum.
Note:
Remote Support is provided over Zoom. You need to install the Zoom Workplace application and know how to share your screen. If you do not have audio on your computer you will be able to connect over the phone as well.
Custom Studies
Sierra Chart can be enhanced with custom studies that involve new or different Indicators, and rule-based Automated Trading Systems that can analyze your charts and send Buy and Sell signals to your broker. If you have an idea for a custom study, let us know what we can do for you.
